Open the doors from the living room and you’ll find the floating deck inviting you to embrace the fresh salty air with a quiet morning coffee, or later with golden hour drinks. And when the weather draws you back inside, you’ll find the rooms provide a cosy escape – welcoming you to slow down and savour the simplicity of heartwarming conversations, reading, cooking and sharing delicious meals around the table.

Stepping outside, you’ll find it's just a short walk to the nearest stores and restaurants. Days can be spent on Madaket Beach, walking barefoot in the sand, enjoying lingering picnics and watching the sunset across the horizon.
