Of course, every visitor to New Orleans wants to be within strolling distance of the characterful French Quarter. But nailing the location can sometimes mean compromising elsewhere. Not at this beautiful historic property, (which also happens to be within stumbling distance of the bars of Bourbon Street). When you're not on foliage-draped balconies sipping sazeracs and jamming to live music, the bright rooms at this apartment are perfect for social evenings in. The communal courtyard is great for winding down while nabbing New Orleans tips from other guests, and other perks include a piano room, luggage storage and an on-site gym. Plus, your apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen, which admittedly won't get used much after a day of gumbo, crawfish and other culinary delights from all the nearby restaurants.

*At full occupancy, two guests will be on the sofabed in the living area
*Paid street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis
*The host only accepts bookings from guests who live outside of a 60-mile radius
*One dog or cat under 30 lbs is welcome to join you for a fee of $150, and two pets under a combined weight of 50lbs are permitted for a fee of $350
