Holiday Rental Description
At Leeward Key and with stunning views out onto the gulf, this Florida home is perfect for beach lovers – its balcony overlooks the nearby private beach, and guests here during the season have beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for them, too. The resort also includes two pools (one that is heated, perfect if you're visiting during colder months) and a fitness room, so you can get active before the day's first cocktail. And we love that there is plenty of space for everyone to come together on the sofa and dining table here too.Home truths:
*Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay – there’s free parking for up to two cars here
*Guests have access to a beach umbrella and two chairs on the private beach from mid-March through to October
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the US queen-size Murphy bed in the living area
*Though there isn't a dedicated desk here, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace
*The swimming pool isn't fenced, so children will need to be supervised at all times
*This home is deep cleaned every quarter, in addition to the regular cleaning
