And this smart apartment puts you right in the centre of it all. The open-plan living space is wrapped in floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing the Florida sunshine to bounce off the cool white floors, walls and ceilings. The home has an unfussy elegance, and while the design may be understated, the amenities certainly aren’t. The bathrooms are fully stocked with plush towels and toiletries, while the kitchen has high-end appliances and a drip coffee maker. You can take advantage of the building’s shared amenities including a gym and an outdoor swimming pool, and when you’re ready to swap the pool for the ocean, grab one of the beach towels provided and jump in a taxi to South Beach, just a ten-minute drive away.
