Set high above Miami’s Edgewater neighbourhood, this penthouse serves up sweeping views over Biscayne Bay. The layout is bright and contemporary, with a large living space that opens onto a private balcony — ideal for morning coffee or winding down after a day in the city. You’ll have access to a solid range of on-site amenities too, including an Olympic-sized pool, a state-of-the-art gym, and a hot tub. Still, it’s the location that steals the show. South Beach, Wynwood, and Brickell are all a short drive away, making this a well-placed base for exploring Miami’s mix of culture, nightlife, and seaside living.

Home truths:
*Check in is between 4pm and 10pm only. If your flight is delayed, you will need to notify your host as soon as possible.
*The lead guest must be over 21 years old to make the booking.
*While the maximum occupancy is seven guests, the apartment can only accommodate four adults and three children.
*No visitors are allowed for reservations shorter than 28 days.
*All guests must register their hands for biometric access at the building entrance.
*Construction work is ongoing in the main lobby area and the front motor lobby – these areas are currently inaccessible to guests. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance during your stay between between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
*You'll have access to the on-site hot tub, outdoor pool and restaurants. They're shared with the building's other residents.
*You can also use the building's gym, which is open from 6am to 9pm.
