Both bedrooms open directly onto the balcony, ideal for slow mornings or a nightcap. You’ve got access to the building’s outdoor pool, hot tub, gym, and on-site restaurants, though with Wynwood, Brickell and South Beach all within a ten-minute drive, you’re well placed to explore the city too. Whether it’s a flying visit or a longer stay, this is a chic base for Miami living.

Home truths:
*Check in is between 4pm and 10pm only. If your flight is delayed, you will need to notify your host as soon as possible.
*The lead guest must be over 21 years old to make the booking.
*While the maximum occupancy is seven guests, the apartment can only accommodate four adults and three children.
*No visitors are allowed for reservations shorter than 28 days.
*All guests must register their hands for biometric access at the building entrance.
*Construction work is ongoing in the main lobby area and the front motor lobby – these areas are currently inaccessible to guests. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance during your stay between between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
*You'll have access to the on-site hot tub, outdoor pool and restaurants. They're shared with the building's other residents.
*You can also use the building's gym, which is open from 6am to 9pm.
