Tucked in Miami’s up-and-coming Little River neighborhood, this compact studio is the perfect launchpad for exploring the city’s every corner. Just minutes from Ironside, Mimo, and the Little River Arts District, you’ll be right in the mix while enjoying a quiet, residential base. The space is simple and practical, with a comfy spot to sleep, a handy kitchenette, and all the essentials for a short stay. We think this studio will become your no-fuss, well-placed retreat.

*Though there's free parking here, it's only suitable for standard cars and small SUVs – larger vehicles will need to park on the street.
*You'll have access to the laundry room and outdoor barbeque grills. They're shared with the building's other residents. Please note, the laundry room are usable all hours except between 11am to 3pm.
*This is a studio apartment, so it's compact and efficient, best suited for solo travelers or couples. As such, you won't find an oven in the kitchenette – though there is a hob. We think it's better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*The unit has a connecting unit with neighbouts, so occasional noise may be heard. Street and train noise may also be noticeable at times due to the location.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
