Holiday Rental Description

This cute and compact studio keeps things simple, offering a fuss-free stay in Miami’s Little River neighbourhood. It might not have a sofa or a separate bedroom, however we think it has everything you need for a solo or couple’s city break. There’s a comfy bed and a basic kitchen, plus a communal barbecue for cooking up a flame-grilled feast. The best bit is the location – ten minutes in the car from Downtown Miami, and twenty minutes from the sun-kissed sands of South Beach. Is it small? Yes, but it’s also in an excellent spot for seeing more of the city.

Home truths:
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*While there are no in-unit laundry facilities here, you will find a communal washing machine and dryer within the building, which is available for use outside the hours of 11am to 3pm.
*You'll have access to a barbecue here, which is shared with the building's other residents. Barbecue utensils are provided, however wood and charcoal are not provided.
*Free parking is available for one car.
*Given the home's city location, expect to hear some street and railway noise throughout your stay.
*There are three steps up to the entrance of the apartment.
