You can't miss the Miami attractions while staying at this home. In the Edgewater neighbourhood, within easy reach of both Wynwood and downtown Miami, it's the perfect base for exploring the city. The main bedroom offers stunning sea views and has its own private balcony – it's the perfect place to watch a sunrise or sunset. Although there is a large kitchen-diner, it's all too easy to eat out, especially when there's a restaurant and bar downstairs. Plus, your building offers a hot tub and a gym, so you're spoilt for choice when it comes to relaxing – and it's just a ten-minute drive to South Beach.

*The lead guest for this home must be at least 21 years old.
*Your host can provide a cot and a high chair for free on request.
*Construction work is ongoing in the front motor lobby and the main lobby. Be prepared for some noise disturbance between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
*The swimming pool is currently closed, but guests will still have access to the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium. A limited number of passes will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for the pool at the nearby Marriott Hotel – you can request these at the DoubleTree Front Desk.
*You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool, hot tub, gym, restaurants, retail lobby, and bar here. They're shared with the building's other residents and guests.
*All guests will need to register their hands for biometric access to the building.
