Set in Miami’s Edgewater neighbourhood, you're well placed for exploring nearby Wynwood, Brickell and the Design District – though with access to the building's pool, hot tub, gym and restaurants, you may not feel the need to wander far.

*Check in is between 4pm and 10pm only. If your flight is delayed, you will need to notify your host as soon as possible.
*The lead guest must be over 21 years old to make the booking.
*While the maximum occupancy is seven guests, the apartment can only accommodate four adults and three children.
*No visitors are allowed for reservations shorter than 28 days.
*All guests must register their hands for biometric access at the building entrance.
*Construction work is ongoing in the main lobby area and the front motor lobby – these areas are currently inaccessible to guests. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance during your stay between between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
