*The neighbourhood observes quiet hours from 9pm to 8am — no DJs or live bands are permitted.
*The swimming pool is heated and open all year. Maintenance visits take place on Mondays and Thursdays.
*The hot tub is available for use between the hours of 7am and 10pm.
