Situated in the vibrant Miami Design District, this home is a stylish base from which to discover the city. You’ll find plenty of shops, art galleries and restaurants on your doorstep. Or take advantage of the fantastic communal facilities here. There’s a 6th-floor pool with a shallow wading area for children. You can also work out in the gym, and there’s a lounge with a snooker table and a workspace if you’re here on business. The apartment itself has a private balcony with views over the district and beyond. And the bright open-plan living also has a sofa bed for two guests, so the accommodation is super flexible.

*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*Communal facilities here include a pool, 24/7 gym, lounge and business centre.
*Pool and beach towels are provided. Pool hours are from dawn to dusk. There are also communal grills for your use at the pool, as well as outdoor dining tables.
*Your host provides coffee/tea capsules (decaf by request) for the Keurig machine, as well as other kitchen basics.
*If you’re travelling with little ones, your host can provide a travel cot and high chair for free on request.
*Beach toys, games, snorkel gear and sports equipment are also available on request.
*There's a free parking space available here in the garage.
