Holiday Rental Description
Surrounded by a mature garden rich in mango and palm trees, this Miami mansion is a playground for guests of all ages. The sprawling property offers a little something for everyone, including a home cinema, a private swimming pool complete with a waterfall and slide, a bar area, and a pool table for entertaining. With touches of Tudor architecture and Mediterranean Revival, and enough space to let the kids loose, it is really well-suited for large families, groups of friends, or co-workers on a business retreat.Home truths:
*Pets are permitted only with prior host approval. A pet addendum must be completed.
*Your host can provide a cot, travel crib, and a high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*DJs and/or bands are not allowed to play on the property. There are eight exterior security cameras and noise level monitoring devices to track excessive noise levels.
*Pool maintenance comes every Monday and Thursday, generally before noon. Guests are asked to be mindful of noise levels when using the pool after 10pm.
*No street parking is allowed. There’s free parking for multiple cars on the driveway.
