Holiday Rental Description

This stylish retreat set in Miami’s Design District is where art, fashion, and culture meet. The space is beautifully furnished with a modern open layout, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony with city views. The building’s sixth floor offers resort-style shared amenities, from a pool with cabanas overlooking Biscayne Bay, to a gym and co-working space. Wynwood and Midtown are both just a short walk away, where you'll find designer shops, art galleries, cafes, and some of Miami’s most celebrated restaurants. At full capacity, two guests will sleep on the king-size bed in the living area. However, it's a small trade-off for an unforgettable stay in one of the city’s most exciting neighbourhoods.

*You'll have access to the on-site pool, gym, indoor play pool, co-working and game space, and outdoor lounge and BBQ area here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
