This single-level home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood in southern Miami. South Beach and Downtown Miami are a short drive away. The highlight of this place has to be the backyard oasis, complete with a large swimming pool, barbecue grill, fire pit under a pergola, and plenty of space for family fun. Inside, a garage game room features arcade machines and a pool table for group entertainment. It’s bright and light in the open-plan living area and the gourmet kitchen should keep the chef of the group happy.

Home truths:
*At capacity, two guests will be on a double sofa bed in the living room. One of the bedrooms has two sets of bunk beds, so would be best suited to children.
*Your host can provide a cot for infants, just ask.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*Motion cameras are in operation outside this home.
*Smoking is only permitted in the outside space.
*Quiet hours are in effect after 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends.
*In Miami, having a car is recommended. There is private parking including EV charging at this home.
