Set in downtown Miami, this sky-high apartment puts Bayfront Park, the Kaseya Center and the Brightline station within a short walk – ideal if you want to get around without relying on a car. The building leans into modern city living, with a shared rooftop pool, hot tub and gym, plus co-working spaces and quieter corners when you need them. Inside, it’s bright and contemporary, with a balcony for a bit of fresh air above the city. Expect a central location (which can be lively at times) and a short drive to Wynwood, the Design District and Miami Beach. It's a well-connected base for work, weekends or a bit of both.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.

*You'll have access to the on-site gym, pool and rooftop terrace here. They're shared with the building's other residents.

*The only full bathroom here is the en-suite off the main bedroom. While guests staying on the sofa bed have access to a separate toilet, they’ll need to use the main bedroom’s en-suite for showering.

*Parking in Miami can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.

*Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.

*Linen and towels are provided, however washcloths and kitchen towels are not included.
