Here, you’re just fifteen minutes from Bal Harbour, Miami Beach, and Aventura Mall, and only twenty from the airport. The villa itself is made for outdoor living – the backyard boasts a swimming pool, an outdoor cinema, and even a private football field. Inside, the rooms are bright and contemporary, with a gym for working up a sweat between trips to the shops and the beach.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, three guests will be sleeping on pull out single beds in the third bedroom. It's not the most private set-up but ideal for families.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and room darkening shades. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The villa is located in a peaceful, residential neighbourhood – parties and gatherings are not allowed.
*If you would like the pool to be heated, you will need to request it 48 hours before arrival.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's free on-site parking.
*The villa is regularly treated for insects, though given the subtropical climate you may spot a few during your stay. We recommend keeping doors closed.
