Offering contemporary comfort in a super-convenient location, we love this home in Miami. It has a light-filled living space and well-equipped kitchen (handy if you'd prefer to cook at home), plus two serene bedrooms. There’s a balcony too, which is a particularly picturesque perch to enjoy your breakfast. The building itself has lots of little extras to make you feel at home, like a communal gym and a shared Olympic-sized swimming pool (heated and open all year round). And with the endless sands of Miami Beach just a short drive away, you’ll love the location just as much as those views.

*Your host operates several apartments here, so the exact view, layout and furnishings might differ slightly from the photos. However, the overall quality should remain the same.
*The apartment building has on-site restaurants and a retail lobby with shops and a bar.
*Construction work is ongoing in the lobby of the building. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance during weekday daytime hours. The front motor lobby will be inaccessible so dropping off may be slightly trickier.
*The valet parking garage has a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Motorcycles, scooters, and mopeds cannot use the valet service and no electric vehicle charging is available.
*When you check in, your fingerprint will be taken to enable biometric access to the apartment.
