We all know that a bit of sunshine is good for the soul and a stay in this home will feel like a lifetime’s worth of Vitamin D in one go. Less than twenty minutes in the car will bring you to the golden sands of Miami’s South Beach, and Coconut Grove’s pretty waterfront parks are even closer. Of course, this is Miami, so you don’t even need to leave home to enjoy the sunshine. Step out of the glass double doors in the living room and onto your private balcony, watching the surrounding palms sway gently as you sip the first coffee of the day or last cocktail of the evening. The home’s design is simple but comfortable, with a few little Florida-style quirks like the patterned rugs, beach-inspired prints, and even a hanging guitar. These are the sort of characterful touches that brighten a space as much as the Miami sunshine does, and that’s what really makes this house a home.
