Location is what this apartment is all about. With the Design District – a hub of fashion, art and dining – on the doorstep, it makes a great base for discovering Miami. And while the apartment itself isn't anything to write home about, it has all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay, plus a desk that's ideal for working on the go. Where this property really shines, however, is its on-site facilities, which really add to the experience. There's a gym, pool table, and sprawling swimming pool at your disposal. That being said, with the beach just a short drive away, you'll have your pick of where to soak up the sun.

*You'll have access to the on-site pool table, swimming pool, communal areas and a 24-hour gym. They're shared with the building's other residents. The swimming pool is only available for use between 7am and 7pm. Adult supervision is required for all children under the age of 17.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot, high chair, and baby bath for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
