Set in the trendy Design District, this apartment is a stone's throw from Miami's best shops and tastiest restaurants. South Beach is a ten-minute drive away, so you're not far from the ocean, either. On top of an excellent location, the building offers an array of amenities you're welcome to use – from a communal swimming pool to a communal gym with a virtual spin studio. As for the apartment itself, it's modern and sleek. The living area has a cosy sofa bed and an open-plan kitchen, while the bedroom boasts the largest walk-in closet that we've ever seen. There's also a small balcony – just perfect for alfresco cocktails.

Home truths:
*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a travel cot, a high chair, and children's books and toys upon request.
*You'll have access to the building's facilities here, including a swimming pool, gym, and lounge. They're shared with other residents. The pool is open all year from 7am to 7pm.
*There's a dedicated parking space in the building's parking garage. That said, it's easy to get around on foot or via public transportation, so a car isn't needed.
*Given the central location in a large city, some street noise may be possible.
*Your host kindly asks that you respect the quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
