If you'd describe your party as competitive, this five bedroom villa in Biscayne Gardens is the home for you. You'll have private access to courts for pickleball and basketball, surrounded by inviting social areas including a barbeque grill and fire pit. You'll even find a games room indoors, offering pool and air hockey. That's not to say this home forsakes obvious comforts – more laid back guests can relax in the open plan living room, the bright kitchen and dining area, and of course the pool area, which features a jacuzzi as well as sun loungers and an outdoor shower. You'll also be thirty minutes from Miami Beach, if a change of scene is needed after a close game of HORSE.

*At full occupancy, eight guests may need to share four queen size beds across two bedrooms. Your host can also provide two folding beds for two guests.
*There’s free parking for vehicles on the premises, with unrestricted free on-street parking also available.
*If you'd like the pool to be heated, you'll need to contact your host at least 48 hours before you arrive.
*Your host arranges regular pest control. However, you may encounter insects and other local wildlife during your stay.
