Nestled to the west of Aventura, this modern holiday villa balances functionality with sociability. The open plan living room, dining area and kitchen complement each other nicely, with enough space for a pool table that doesn't get in the way of fridge raiders. While two of the four bedrooms feature king size beds, the sleeping arrangements for other guests are worth agreeing in advance, especially at maximum occupancy – sofas, air mattresses, and rooms of four across two beds may be involved. Outside, the heated pool is a welcome feature, as is the outdoor grill and kitchen area for cookouts in the Florida sunshine. You'll also be a half hour drive from Miami Beach, should your party fancy a day trip.

*At full occupancy, eight guests may need to share four queen size beds across two bedrooms. There is also a large sofa in the living area that sleeps two, while your host can provide two extra air mattresses.
*There’s free parking for vehicles in the garage, with unrestricted free on-street parking also available.
*If you'd like the pool to be heated, you'll need to contact your host at least 48 hours before you arrive.
*Your host arranges regular pest control. However, you may encounter insects and other local wildlife during your stay.
