You'll enjoy a communal pool, marina, and direct access to Melbourne Beach. But the excitement doesn't end there. Everyone will love the private pool, patio, and cinema room back home. Kids can let loose in the games room before drifting off in the storybook-themed bedroom, while grown-ups can try their hand at poker in the home casino. The open-plan living space is where everyone can come together, but it can feel a bit crowded at full capacity. Nevertheless, we think this home is a great fit for groups keen to make some memories.

*Although there's sleeping space for up to eighteen people here, the occupancy can't exceed sixteen guests. We think the living area may feel like a squeeze at full capacity.
*Please note that the bunk beds are only suitable for little ones.
*There is an en-suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared between two bedrooms.
*You'll have access to the on-site resort pool, marina, and beach. They're shared with the resort's other guests.
*We highly recommend hiring a car in this location, as Orlando's theme parks are about a ninety-minute drive away. There's parking for up to two cars on the driveway, with overflow space available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis.
*There's only space for ten people around the dining table, with three additional stools available around the breakfast bar.
*The kitchen and bathroom are stocked with essentials to get you started, but you'll likely have to top up on supplies during your stay.
