*The lead guest must be at least 21 years old. Children of any age are welcome, but cots and extra beds are not available.
*The second bedroom is best suited to children. It has a double bunk bed that sleeps two on the top and two on the bottom. It also has a single trundle bed that sleeps another guest.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's free parking here.
*This home is located in a resort. You'll have access to on-site leisure amenities including a clubhouse, swimming pool and lazy river, public 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, and bar and dining. They're shared with the building's other residents.
*This home is opposite the resort's football pitch, so expect to hear some noise throughout your stay.
