With 20-foot ceilings and huge windows, the whole place feels bright, open and ready for holiday mode. The kitchen is made for people who actually like to cook – double ovens, serious appliances and plenty of space to gather round with a glass from the showpiece wine room. It’s sociable, easy and ideal for big breakfasts before the beach or relaxed dinners that roll into the evening. Outside is where you’ll likely spend most of your time. The pool (heated on request) anchors the backyard, with loungers for sun-soaking and a grill for low-key barbecues. There’s even a balcony overlooking it all – perfect for keeping an eye on the action or sneaking off with a coffee. It’s polished but comfortable, spacious without feeling over the top, and close enough to the beach that you can dip in and out as you please.
