This Florida home is on a quiet street with easy access to Fort Lauderdale’s highlights. While the outdoor space here might not be the biggest, there’s a private pool, alfresco seating area, and choice of balconies to enjoy. And whether you want to relax or entertain, with a gourmet kitchen, dining table, and TV area, inside has lots to offer too. Add to that an en-suite bathroom for every bedroom, and you’ve got all the ingredients for a memorable group getaway. Location-wise, it’s a thirty-minute walk to the restaurants and shops on Las Olas Boulevard, and a five-minute drive to the beach.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, four guests will share one bedroom with two double beds.
*While this home isn't suitable for toddlers or children, babies may be allowed – please check with your host. Your host be able to provide a cot, baby bath, and safety gates for free.
*The dining table seats eight so isn’t big enough to accommodate everyone when the home is at full occupancy. However, there is additional seating for four guests at the breakfast bar.
*Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm and 7am.
