Generally reserved for golfing enthusiasts and beach lovers, this Florida home caters to both, but not without its own charm. A little paradise with a 'beach' for a backyard, volleyball and pickleball courts, a private swimming pool with fountains, ping pong and table football, and more, boredom is unlikely. With the bedrooms split between the main home and pool house, this is the perfect option for a big family getaway, and if you're worried about getting in each other's way, there are two living rooms and kitchens to give everyone room. Besides, you can spread out on the ample outdoor seating or claim the entirety of Bean Point Beach, only a short drive away.

*The swimming pool isn't fenced, so children will need to be supervised at all times
*We suggest hiring a car for ease – there's parking space for up to seven cars here
*While the home can sleep up to twenty people, the maximum occupancy is sixteen guests
*The lead guest should be at least 25 years old
*Events may be held here, though you'll be limited to 30 guests – with prior notice from your host
*Three bedrooms can be found in the pool house on the property
*Your host asks that you please respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am
