Perfectly placed between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, this coastal hideaway puts the Emerald Coast within easy reach. The beach, community pool and restaurants of Peddler’s Village are all a short walk or bike ride away, making it easy to slip into holiday mode. Inside, light-filled living spaces and high ceilings keep things airy and relaxed, while the well-equipped kitchen and generous dining area are ideal for everything from quick breakfasts to private chef dinners (which your host can arrange). Three en-suite bedrooms and a playful loft add comfort and flexibility for families and mixed-age groups.

*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free on-site parking for up to three cars.
*Your host only provides bathroom towels, so you will want to bring your own for the beach and pool.
*At maximum occupancy, two guests will sleep on the single bed and pull out trundle upstairs in the loft. This space is not enclosed, so best suited for children or groups who don't mind sharing space.
*The main guest must be aged 26 or over.
*You'll have access to the resort's on-site gym, swimming pools and restaurants. They're shared with the other residents.
