Inside, the views continue from the open-plan living room which also features a fire – perfect for cosy movie nights. It’s worth noting there is a dirt road to access this home so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended, but this is the perfect spot if you’re seeking an idyllic rural retreat. It’s also just a thirty-minute drive to Breckenridge Ski Resort and fifteen-minutes to Fairplay.

*This home is is at very high elevation (11,000 ft), so it may not be suitable for guests who have issues with altitude.
*Please note there is a dirt road leading to the entrance. There is also a steep driveway so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended all year round and especially in the winter.
*There is private parking for up to three cars. There is also an EV Charger.
*If you’re travelling with children, your host can provide a cot as well as a high chair, books and toys for little one’s on request.
*There are steep stairs inside the house. Your host can provide stair gates for children.
*Due to the location of the home, there may be power outages during storms. These tend to only last a few hours.
