But if you want to live it up amid a library of over 2,000 books, stocked bars, an epic vinyl collection and a grand piano used to record songs you’ve probably heard, this is the spot for you. Outside, there’s everything you want from a desert escape – a private hot tub, a dining table beneath stringed lights, a fire pit and a yoga terrace overlooking the mountains. Plus, there’s a secret room for private events. A hedonist’s paradise indeed.

*While not all of the bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*At capacity, two guests will be on the sofa bed in the 'Sky Room' living room.
*Security cameras are in operation outside this home and on the roof.
*Quiet hours are in effect between 10pm and 7am. There is a decibel monitor to ensure peace and quiet outside between these hours.
*In a remote location, having a car is recommended. There is plenty of private parking within the grounds and an EV charger for Teslas only.
