This Santa Monica home is perfect for a family holiday by the sea. You’re just a fifteen-minute walk from the beach, and there’s also a park with a swimming pool a five-minute stroll away. And with books, toys, a games console, and a trampoline, there’s lots to keep little (and not so little) ones amused at home. But it’s not all about the kids – the home also boasts a sociable living room, a glass-enclosed dining room with views of the garden, and a choice of outdoor seating areas where you can enjoy a glass of wine or an alfresco meal. And if day trips are on the cards, downtown Los Angeles is a forty-minute drive away.

*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a high chair for free. You'll need to request it in advance. The staircase leading to the upper level doesn’t have railings so young children will need to be supervised when using it.
*The single bedroom and bunk bed room are best suited to children.
