Inside, the reverse layout means the living spaces sit up top, so the ocean views are still on show from the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Step through the sliding glass doors onto the terrace and the barbecue is ready for alfresco dinners. Beach chairs and boogie boards are also provided for easy days on the sand directly outside. * This apartment has no air conditioning, so you'll be relying on ceiling fans and opening windows to stay cool.
* You'll be using the stairs here – there are multiple flights between the entrance, the bedroom level, and the top-floor living space. If anyone in your group has mobility concerns, this may not be the right fit.
* An on-site, uncovered parking space is available here, but it's on the tighter side – it suits a small or mid-size car, but larger SUVs may struggle to fit. Additional public car parks are within one to two blocks if you need a second spot.
