Located in popular Sunrise Park, this delightful home, synonymous with its 1950s heritage, is a true delight – and we’re saying that before we even start talking about the glorious mountains providing the perfect backdrop. Sophisticated and simple, the interiors are retro chic with a focus on homely comfort. With large windows and doors, it feels as though there’s no barrier to the outdoors as nature is welcomed inside. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is the natural heart of the home, perfect for socialising, while the media lounge offers a great space to relax with loved ones and a movie. For a little quiet time, the bedrooms are generous and flopping onto the duvet feels like you’re being enveloped in a warm hug.
While the interiors are simply gorgeous, the outdoor space probably just about tops the bill here – nature did a great job with the sprawling mountain views. Enjoy lazy afternoons barbecuing and hopping into the private pool to cool off from the Californian heat. Just a short stroll from the Farmers Market, you can easily pick up some produce for delicious dinners at home, or embrace the local way of life and sample the cuisine scene on your doorstep. For a real treat, we would recommend the Camelot Theatre to enjoy an independent movie.
