• While pool heating is included for stays between October 15th and April 30th, it can be heated outside of this period for an additional $55 per day – note that pool heating is not included for long-term stays over twenty-nine nights

• Pets are welcome to join you for an additional fee

• Your host can arrange daily and mid-stay cleaning services, private chef, pre-arrival grocery stocking and poolside massages for an additional fee – please provide at least three weeks notice
