We love the sound of the ocean waves from this beachfront Malibu home. The private balcony has fantastic views – it’s a great place to kick back, day or night. If this wasn’t enough, there’s also access to a shared deck with a fire pit, barbeque and lounge area. The vistas don’t just stop outside – as you’d expect, inside there are more views to enjoy from the living space and bedroom. You’ll have sunset beach strolls literally on your doorstep or if you want to explore a little further afield, the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area is a short drive away. Other places of interest nearby include The Palisades and Venice Beach.

*There are steps down to the shared terrace and beach.
*Unfortunately, this home is unsuitable for younger children 0 to 1 year old.
*There's a shared washer and dryer in the complex.
*If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
*Please note that the beach below the units is seasonal and is less sand-filled in the winter months.
*There's one designated parking space here.
*The lead booker needs to be over the age of 25 years old.
