Holiday Rental Description

It feels like you can almost touch the ocean from this beachfront studio in Malibu. The vistas from the private balcony are second to none. There’s also a shared deck to take advantage of, with a fire pit, barbeque and lounge area. We love the views from inside this compact home too. Malibu Beach, of course, is just steps away – perfect for a stroll or go surfing in its warm waters. If you tire of the beach, then you can head to Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area a short drive away.

*The communal deck is shared with four other units.
*There are steps down to the shared terrace and beach.
*Unfortunately, this home is unsuitable for younger children 0 to 1 year old.
*The kitchen is quite compact, with not much counter space, but it has everything you need to create home-cooked meals.
*There's a shared washer and dryer in the complex.
*If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
*Please note that the beach below the units is seasonal and is less sand-filled in the winter months.
*There's one designated parking space here.
*The lead booker needs to be over the age of 25 years old.
