The views, seen from every room, are tantalising and stretch from the Santa Monica bay out to Catalina Island and over to the Channel Islands. Splash in the pool, unwind in the jacuzzi, relax around the fire pit and make amazing memories inside the modern estate which boasts artwork from around the world.

*The supermarket is a 20 minute drive away so stock up when you're there

*At one point the drive turns into a dirt road

*The wifi isn't very strong

*Some of the artwork is expensive - perhaps not the best place for small kids to run around
