With a heated pool, shaded garden nooks and playful bursts of colour throughout, this LA home blends comfort with California cool. Inside, the layout invites easy living, from the open-plan kitchen and contemporary fireplace to the accordion doors that extend the sociable space outdoors. After a swim or soak in the hot tub, take your pick of peaceful bedrooms, including a master suite with a balcony and spa-like ensuite. Trundle beds, sofa beds and family-friendly zones make it wonderfully versatile, while musical touches and sleek design keep things interesting. Located in a leafy neighbourhood just west of West Hollywood, this is a house for long, lazy mornings and warm twilight dinners under the stars.

Please note all stays of 8 nights or more include complimentary weekly cleaning, linen changes and replenishment of toiletries.

Home truths:
*Two dogs usually live here. They won't be around during your stay, but it may not be suitable for those with allergies.
*Two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the second bedroom. Another will sleep on a single trundle bed in the third bedroom. We think the home may be more comfortable for seven.
*This home is spread across multiple levels with no lift.
*Since the photoshoot, the trundle bed in the fourth bedroom has been replaced with a queen-sized bed.
*The fourth and fifth bedrooms don’t have wardrobes, but your host will provide hanging rails.
*We recommend hiring a car here. There's parking for two cars on the driveway, and two parking permits are provided for the surrounding streets.
*If your check in is within 24-72 hours then the check-in time cannot be guaranteed.
*This host requires a security deposit on a credit card prior to check in.
*The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
