The outdoor space here is glorious. Tall hedges and trees shelter the garden, so it’s a secluded little oasis. Soak up the LA sunshine as you swim in the waterfall swimming pool or relax in the Jacuzzi. There’s also an outdoor fireplace, so you can spend alfresco evenings sipping wine and catching up.


There’s a lovely indoor-outdoor vibe here, whether you’re enjoying your meals at the dining table with the sliding doors open, or spending quiet mornings sipping coffee curled up on the deck. We especially like that the kitchen faces out to the garden.


Downstairs, you’ll find an incredible games room – it’s the home’s hidden gem. It includes a comfy lounge and its very own bar, as well as a shuffleboard table. Head out to dine in a chic restaurant on Abbot Kinney boulevard – it’s only a three-minute drive – and return here afterward for a nightcap or two.


If all the sunshine makes you crave a day at the beach, you’re in luck. Santa Monica beach is just nine minutes away, so you can paddle in the shallows or stroll along the shore to your heart’s content.
