This modern-built home is tucked away in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood in Sherman Oaks. It's ideal for getting away from it all, though you're just a thirty-minute drive from Downtown LA or Santa Monica beach. Universal Studios, Hollywood Boulevard and the Sunset Strip are also all less than twenty minutes away. It's easy to see how a car is needed to fully explore, but local coffee shops, bars and eateries are all within strolling distance. Inside, the interiors won't blow you away, but it's simple and functional – plus the seating area in the courtyard is perfect for sunny days.Home truths:
