The guesthouse is what stood out when we visited 2028. Its presence opens the house up to much larger groups, and particularly those guests who would welcome a little space of their own. It’s fairly obvious that it’s been designed as a place to rent out, but with that comes some pretty high-end offerings and good, professional service. You’re also around the corner from Little Ethiopia, so there’s lots of excellent food within a few minute’s walk.
Home truths: *The street outside is quite busy so there might be a bit of traffic noise
*There's nothing wrong with the bathrooms but they aren't the height of luxury
*The host doesn't allow parties after some complaints from the neighbours
*We noticed a wonky plank on the decking – nothing to worry about but just an aesthetic consideration
