The loft features an open-plan living area, with one of the biggest beds you'll ever cast your eyes on (it's double the size of a king-size), as well as a home office for those serious about putting their creativity to work.

The likes of designers, producers, culinary artists and performers will feel most at home here. And with its prime location based in the heart of Los Angeles' Fashion District, you'll reap the benefits of living in such a vibrant and up and coming area – as an array of shops, restaurants and cafes are within a ten-minute stroll of your door. If you’re keen to do a little sightseeing, however, Hollywood and its iconic attractions are only a fifteen-minute drive away.
