*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. This may be more comfortable for one. Let your host know if you'd like the sofa bed prepared.
*While babies and older children are welcome, this home isn't suitable for toddlers under 4 years old.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced but there is a cover. Children will need to be supervised
*One hypoallergenic dog usually lives at this home. They won't be around for your stay, but it may not suit people with severe allergies.
*The beds in three bedrooms sleep two, but may be more comfortable for one.
