A five-minute drive from Beverly Hills, this sleek LA home sits in the quiet neighbourhood of Faircrest Heights. The home itself is modelled on the Spanish Finca-style architecture but with a strikingly modern twist. The indoor living area opens up completely to the full outdoor lounge, so there’s no problem butlering cocktails from kitchen to poolside lounger. A waterfall feeds the swimming pool and evenings can be blessed with a soak in the integrated hot tub. Inside, the kitchen is bold black, livened up with Hawaiian-bright chairs at the granite breakfast bar. Choose between plush velvet sofas around the indoor fireplace, or soft seating around the outdoor fireplace and avoid the evening chill. Another fireplace awaits in the master bedroom come bedtime.
