This fabulous three-bedroom home is the epitome of LA glamour and style. On the ground floor, the long breakfast bar is lined with beautiful rustic wood stools. The glass walls opposite open up onto the breathtakingly chic pool area lined with sun loungers for seamless indoor/outdoor living. Located in vibrant Venice, just a fifteen-minute walk from the beach and countless great shops and restaurants, this has got to be amongst our most aspirational, Instagramable homes. You're just a couple of minutes walk from the bustling Abbot Kinney Boulevard. This mile-long stretch of independent shops and enticing eateries has plenty going on. It really comes to life on the first Friday of each month, when the boulevard is given over to a street festival filled with live music and food trucks. You're less than a mile from the bodybuilders and bohemians that frequent the vibrant Venice Boardwalk, which you can follow north to Santa Monica and up as far as Pacific Palisades.

*The home is set over multiple floors with no internal elevator
*There's an unfenced swimming pool accessible via the sitting room and kitchen – there's a pool cover
*Since the photoshoot a fourth bedroom with two single beds has been added
*There's parking for two cars in the driveway of the home off of the garage
*The cleaner will visit on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 1pm for three hours
*A loveable hypoallergenic dog lives at this home – they won't be around for your stay but this home may not be suitable for people with extreme allergies
*A/C is on the upper floor only – the lower floor has underfloor heating
*The lead guest must be at least 25 years old
*There is a strict no pets policy
*If your check in is within 24-72 hours then the check-in time cannot be guaranteed
*This host requires a security deposit on a credit card prior to check in
