Located just five blocks from the beach in the bohemian neighbourhood of Venice, you can see why this Los Angeles family home caught our eye. The designer interiors are exquisite, with free-flowing living spaces, a chef-worthy kitchen (let your host dial in a private chef for you), and upstairs, a secondary sitting room – perfect for kids to spill out into. The only thing this place hasn’t got going for it is a swimming pool. But with a hot tub in the garden and the vibey shores of Venice Beach just a flip-flop away, we don’t think you’ll mind.

*This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal lift.
*The hot tub is unfenced and is accessible via the sliding doors next to the dining room.
*This home does not have Satellite or Cable TV. Instead, there is Apple TV with which you can access streaming services.
*The second and third bedrooms downstairs are connected by a shared bathroom.
*There is a double bed in the fourth bedroom. It can sleep two people but is more comfortable for one.
*There are two parking spaces available in the garage driveway and one additional parking space in the open driveway in front of the home. There is also street parking available.
