Located in the West Hills neighbourhood, in the western San Fernando Valley, this home is all about unwinding and reconnecting with nature. There’s a terrace complete with a hot tub and knockout views of the undulating landscape. Inside, the place is kitted out with everything you need and the sauna really ramps up the relaxation. It’s worth noting the third bedroom is separate from the main house and in order to use the loo, you’ll need to go through the covered patio and living room to use the bathroom in the hallway. Location-wise, you’re not far from highways 101 and 118, and it’s less than an hour’s drive to Hollywood.
