Pack your bags and make your way to this welcoming four-bedroom home in a spectacular purpose-built recreational city in Northwest Arkansas. With over 50 miles of nature trails for hiking and biking, seven scenic golf courses (plus mini and disc variations), seven freshwater lakes and inviting natural springs, the area is tailor-made for active family holidays and adventurous getaways with groups of friends. The Ozarks offer some fantastic mountain biking trails – handily, the home is located right on the Tunnel Vision Trail and a short ride from Little Sugar and Blowing Springs trails. In addition, for those bringing their own bikes, there's secure storage in the enclosed back garden. Inside, the open layout of the ground floor encourages you to spend precious time together cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, curled up on the sofa and watching TV, or starting up some friendly competition at the shuffleboard table. Four individually decorated bedrooms are perfect for putting your feet up after a day exploring your beautiful natural surroundings. The main en-suite bedroom grabs the headlines with its separate seating area and private balcony, while the mountain mural in the fourth bedroom lends it a playful atmosphere perfect for kids. After an action-packed morning, make the most of the nearby facilities with a dip in the outdoor pools, or enjoy a beach day down on the shores of Lake Avalon. As well as a designated swimming area, get out on the water thanks to paddleboard and kayak rentals. If you find yourself with energy to burn, there are plenty of tennis and pickleball courts to pick from and five eighteen-hole golf courses.
