*This home is located in a gated community with a shared swimming pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a nine-hole golf course. Please note the pool is open from approximately mid April to mid November. The hot tub is open all year.
*A complimentary starter pack of basic kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but you might want to bring your own to top this up.
*The fireplace is not for guest use.
*Private parking is available for up to two cars in the garage. No driveway parking or RV parking is allowed.
